Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax is a cautionary tale about environmental destruction and the dangers of unregulated industrial greed. The core message is that short-term corporate gain at the expense of nature results in an uninhabitable wasteland where even the industry itself eventually collapses. However, the story ends on a hopeful note of personal accountability. By giving the final Truffula seed to a young boy, the Once-ler emphasizes that the environment cannot save itself; it requires individuals to care to spark restoration and change.

This album is being pressed at Good Neighbor, an eco-friendly LP record manufacturing company whose patented product is an alternative to vinyl records and is made of a non-toxic and fully recyclable material (no PVC), produced using an injection molding process instead of the hydraulic press. All the quality and feel of vinyl records without the carbon footprint.

The jacket and printed sleeve are made using FSC certified board stock, 100% recycled materials and finished with a water-based gloss AQ finish.

The album comes in a recycled overbag with a resealable flap.

Due to efforts to create the lowest carbon footprint possible, this release will have an extended pre-order window, mainly due to shipping via sea freight.
